Histoire d'un modèle, le Pull RAINBOW
Once upon a time there was RAINBOW, a sweater from the winter 2021 collection, a model that inspires the joy of living and an ever more positive state of mind.
This story began with a desire to offer something new, to bring color to the plain designs and into the lives of MAEVY women. From this desire, RAINBOW was born. What better way to express this than to draw inspiration from the liberated fashion of the seventies? A period characterized by iconic pieces, vibrant colors, new materials, and the use of patterns.
Because Marina grew up in the 70s, that era means a lot to her. The hippie movement advocated "a body freed from all constraints. Anything that allows it to express itself is trendy at the time."
These values are similar to those of MAEVY's Free Movement, which promotes a vision of the free, independent woman who dresses as she pleases, without worrying about fashion dictates. Beyond being a symbol of freedom, RAINBOW is also a rainbow; a blend of colors, a surge of positive energy contained within a sweater, ready to burst forth on every wearer. RAINBOW is sunshine after the rain, positivity after negativity.
