Shipping your package
Packages are generally shipped within a period of two days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via Colissimo (Home or relay point depending on your choice). With a tracking number and delivered with signature.
Before validating your order, please make sure you have chosen well the delivery method that suits you. Whatever the delivery method chosen, we send you an e-mail with a link to track your package online. You can also track your package via your customer area, Order history and then "tracking my orders ».
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package, the country of destination as well as the carrier (Colissimo or UPS). We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them.
The dimensions of the packages are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
During the promotion and sale period, the 2-day delivery time is approximate and not guaranteed. Nevertheless, the MAEVY team endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery cost and conditions:
Delivery in France and within the European Union by Colissimo home against signature: 8€50 and offered from 100€ of purchase.
Delivery in France and within the European Union by Colissimo in a relay point: 6€ and free from 100€ of purchase.
Delivery in Europe (outside the European Union) by Colissimo with signature: 8€50 (no matter the price or weight of your order)
Delivery in Europe (outside the European Union) by Colissimo in a relay point: 12€ (whatever the price or weight of your order)
Delivery in DOM TOM against signature: Order between 0 and 100€ shipping cost = 20€ / Order between 100€ and 300€ shipping cost = 30€ / Order between 300€ and 5000€ shipping cost = 40€.
Delivery in DOM TOM in relay point : Order up to 100€ shipping cost = 20€ / Order between 100€ and 300€ shipping cost = 30€ / Order between 300€ and 5000€ shipping cost = 40€.
Withdrawal period
The buyer has a period of 15 days to exercise his right of legal withdrawal without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fifteen days after the day on which the buyer, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the buyer, takes physical possession of the property.
If the 15-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday it is extended until the next business day. You do not have to provide any reason to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us [name and address] your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an devoid unambiguous statement ( for example, letter sent by post or e-mail (see below.) You can formulate your request for retraction via the contact/retours form.
For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient if you send your relative demand for the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.
Modality for exercising the right of withdrawal
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the return costs are at the customer's expense. No refund can be issued upon receipt of a damaged or used product. Products must be returned imperatively (at 27 Boulevard de la Corderie 13007 Marseille) complete with their labels, in perfect condition and in their original packaging placed in a blank cardboard box.
